The Primary Colours

The Primary Colours make up the three leaders of the Red, Yellow and Green courts.
Currently Lady Verdantia, Lord Ciel and Queen Rubina make up the three seats of the Primary Colours. Predominantly responsible for global security matters, each has a right to veto any vote taken by The Colour Council as a whole.
