Party Present?

Introduction

We met our characters in The Mixing Expanse, between green and yellow lands for the ~~wedding~~ coronation of Lord Goldenspire.
Inside The Mixing Expanse museum, murals and artworks describe the story of the war between green and yellow that led to The Palette Wars.
A stage had been built at the front of the stage made of wood from each coloured court and was patterned specifically to reflect each colour having equal contact with the others.

Meeting Alfie and his Flashback

Alfie introduced: a short Blue elf rogue sitting at the Popper storehouse
Flashback where he was eavesdropping in the colour wheel.
- overheard Azure Tide (Blue winter eladrin) and Crimson Blaze (Red dwarf) arguing
  - Crimson refused the extra troops for coronation that Azure requested
  - Jade Forrest (Green centaur, HOT) implies that charity is going into their coffers
Alfie tried to get a pal to get him into this low-security coronation.

Meeting Gest and her Flashback

Gest introduced: a tall Violet human bard with a gaggle of teenage dancers
cast vicious mockery on one of them for being a little shit so they behave and do their rond de jambes
Flashback where Gest received a letter from her brother Tack asking her to help Alfie get into the coronation (and he cast Tasha's hideous laughter on her which is no way to ask someone for help tbh)
- went to Arthuer Agueplant for help - principal of Binbeal
- he doesn't trust Tack (wtf why)
- sent her on a trip with a team of high schoolers doing college credit classes
- he also gave her a necklace ( Clockwork Amulet) and judged her for being late sometimes
- chronomancy > friendship

Meeting the deBlancs (pt 1)

Gest introduced Alfie as Mike Oxlong, choreographer for her troupe of crotch droppings
Gest, Alfie and Gest's 8 dancing children got in to the coronation through Lemon DeBlanc
Alfie and Gest insulted Lemon's ability to dance through sarcasm and he got really sad because the dice hate us or something (words have power guys)

Meeting Irmia

Irmia, an Indigo drow cleric novice, has arrived with the other clerics
wearing a lot of bells and the more experienced clerics don't make any sound
Irmia trips over
she sees a trick of the light then notices something in her pocket
goes to the bathroom in the museum to open it - it's from someone named M who says ""Be on guard today - I suspect there is some treachery afoot. be cautious in front of whom your magic is used without good reason. When you return home I can attempt to explain more."
With the note was a 'Guardian Emblem'
she shreds the note and flushes it
she goes back out to Bless people throughout the fair.

Meeting Apollion

Apollion, an Orange tiefling warlock/tall drink of water, introduced as the sole occupant (along with scorpion cctv Azazel) of a carriage on its way to the coronation
he is sleeping and getting a message from his patron Asmodeus
- lots of static - hard to hear him - but seems that someone is using Mo's magic
  - Apollion is sent to go find this person
carriage stops as a tree has fallen across the path - when Apollion returns to carriage, there's a note for him from someone named "M"
- "I know what and who you seek at the fair. I encourage you to meet her and learn what you can. But know that if you harm her then it will be signing your own death warrant."
The driver of Apollion's carriage, none other than Limone DeBlanc (Meeting the deBlancs pt II)

Fair Chacanery and Nonsense

Gest got rejected by an orc
Alfie took the children drinking
Irmia did some blessing
Apollion did some stalking
the viciously mocked girl eats 3 pizzas
Gest's pseudodragon familiar Vok freaked out when he noticed Azazel but Apollion didn't talk back so now she thinks he's WEIRD and SUS
all of the Colour monarchs and their representatives went up, but the Indigo monarch was conspicuously absent
noticed that the Red monarch and delegate were related - Queen Rubina and her son Crimson Blaze
old guy Luceun Braun has turned brown
Crimson collapses and full dies at the coronation
Gest has a bout of heartburn and sees him as a Green gnome, not a Red dwarf
this later fades and she goes back to seeing him as a Red dwarf
- not healable by Irmia, maybe needs Gaviscon (almost definitely going to buy a gaviscon rapid)
Queen Rubina seems to keep saying that's not her son
Gest detected thoughts on a few ppl just for surface thoughts:
- As she was walking through the forest that afternoon Gest had an out body experience and a vision of someone breaking at least 4 walls. Gest then witnessed a young brunette woman (who was made of all different colours?!?!) and the DM having a passionate discussion about uses of Detect Thoughts in the D&D 5.5e system. The DM then accepted that and apologised to the young brunette, confirming that detect thoughts is able to be used to measure surface level thoughts on individuals for an hour, changing the individual who’s thoughts are being read as an action.
- When Gest returned to her body she completely forgot about this out of body experience and no time had passed, however she has a new understanding of how this magic will work.
Queen Rubina was thinking that wasn't her son, where is her son, but seemed to be seeing the same thing as everyone else
- Jade Forest had nothing helpful on surface thoughts (slag)
- Lord Goldenspire who keeps getting deadnamed by Gest as Goldenrod was just pissed off that the coronation was being interrupted
kids went back with a parent to the inn (what lucky luck checks the DM rolled)

Search Party

After much deliberation:

the four of us went through the forest to search for Crimson
Alfie reckons there's money in finding Crimson - like a reward or smth
Apollion recognised tracks of people coming through the woods and signs of a struggle
Alfie is very stealthy, Gest cast presdigitation to make herself look disgusting
Vok also flew up to scout ahead and returned to point us in a certain direction
We came to a little clearing to find a bunch of people, all of different colours, with Crimson Blaze in the middle

and that's what you missed on glee.
